Honey Balls / Struffoli

Honey balls, also know as Struffoli / Strufolli and Pignolata. Deep fried balls of dough about the size of marbles. Crunchy on the outside and light inside. Then coated with honey, topped with sprinkles and Candied Cherries. Circo's is known to make the best in Brooklyn. Each Package is about 1-2 lbs. We estimate the amount due to the product varies with the amount of honey that sticks to each ball.
